Junior Account Executive – Entry-Level
About The Position
We are currently hiring Junior Account Executives to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity focused on event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and live campaign execution. You will support live events, promotional activations, pop-up campaigns, and community outreach programs that help increase brand visibility and customer engagement for client partners. No advanced experience is required. This is a fully trainable position with structured onboarding, paid training, and a clear path into leadership and management roles for high-performing individuals. As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand activation strategies designed to improve customer engagement and campaign performance. You will work alongside Account Managers, marketing teams, and field staff to help deliver successful promotional initiatives across live events and retail environments. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in event marketing and brand activations, customer engagement and sales support, campaign coordination and promotions, and leadership development in marketing operations.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist with execution of live marketing events and promotional campaigns

- Represent client brands at events, activations, and outreach programs
