About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager (Entry-Level) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in account management, client services, sales support, and customer success. You will support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales, or internships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and communications
• Support account managers in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal teams
• Prepare reports, presentations, and account status updates
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Track account performance, metrics, and customer feedback
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet client needs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
