Requirements
- A quick learner with strong multitasking, time management and problem-solving skills
- A clear, confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-focused environment
- Organized, dependable, and ready to take initiative
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
- Coordinate and track shipments from start to finish
- Negotiate pricing and secure transportation partners
- Resolve issues with confidence and clear communication
- Support timely billing and documentation
- Monitor equipment use and shipment details
