About The Position

We are currently hiring Junior Account Executives to join our growing local team. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and live campaign execution. You will support the promotion of client brands by assisting with live marketing events, promotional campaigns, pop-ups, and community activations. This is a trainable position with no advanced experience required and offers a clear pathway into management and leadership roles for high-performing individuals. As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in the execution of event marketing and brand awareness campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and drive results for client brands. You will work closely with Account Managers, marketing teams, and sales staff to help implement strategies that improve brand visibility, customer experience, and overall campaign performance. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and development with opportunities to grow into future leadership and management positions. This role is an opportunity to start building a long-term professional path in event marketing, sales support, event marketing, or customer engagement, gaining hands-on experience in brand promotion, customer interaction, sales support, and leadership development in a high-energy, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of event marketing programs and brand promotion campaigns
• Assist in achieving team performance goals and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to improve operational success
• Assist in training and supporting new or entry-level team members
• Monitor work quality to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks
• Respond to and help resolve escalated customer inquiries
• Promote positive customer experiences to increase satisfaction and loyalty
• Represent client brands at live events, activations, and promotional campaigns
