About The Position

Our clients include ground-breaking start-up companies and well-established billion-dollar organizations who want to find their next generation of talent. We are currently searching for an entry-level Account Executive to join a growing organization focused on client relationship management and business development. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building connections, communicating professionally, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this position, you will support the sales process by developing relationships with prospective clients, learning how to manage business conversations, and helping identify solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while gaining exposure to client communication, account management, and business strategy. Recent college graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Learn how to identify client needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Support account management and ongoing customer communication efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams on business development initiatives and client support
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and networking opportunities
  • Assist with follow-up communication and relationship development throughout the sales process
