About The Position

The Junior Account Executive provides reliable support to the sales team and helps improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The role maintains regular contact with customers, ensures sales documents and agreements are completed before filing, and updates customer contact information as needed. The Junior Account Executive also serves as an Account Executive for a small assigned book of clients.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule sales presentations for assigned Account Executives.
• Ensure sales presentation materials are prepared before deadlines.
• Update customer records in the company database as required.
• Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or assess their satisfaction with the company.
• Collaborate with sales staff to monitor loan submissions and ensure loans close on time.
• Immediately report service issues to management and the appropriate Account Executive.
• Update and maintain social media.
• Act as an Account Executive for a small assigned book of clients.
