Jumpstart Registered Nurse
About The Position
MercyOne is seeking a Jumpstart Registered Nurse. This program is designed to support individuals in the final stages of their RN education. Participants can earn up to a $2,000 monthly stipend during the last 9 months of their RN program. MercyOne will also reimburse board and licensure fees. Upon obtaining licensure, the individual will begin their career with MercyOne. The program requires a commitment to work for MercyOne for at least 18 months post-licensure and to sign a Program Agreement before payments are processed. This is a part-time position with a rotating shift.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program.
- Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
- Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
- Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.
Responsibilities
- Complete the final 9 months of RN education while receiving a monthly stipend.
- Obtain RN licensure within 6 months of graduation.
- Work for MercyOne for at least 18 months post-licensure.
- Sign and return the Program Agreement.
