Jumpstart Registered Nurse
About The Position
MercyOne is seeking a Jumpstart Registered Nurse. This program is designed to support individuals in completing the final 9 months of their RN education by offering a monthly stipend of up to $2,000. Upon licensure, the nurse will begin their career with MercyOne. MercyOne Dyersville Medical Center is a 20-bed critical access hospital serving 17 rural communities. It functions as a Level IV Community Trauma Care Facility, providing 24/7 emergency and trauma services, acute and skilled inpatient care, ambulatory surgery, home care, and specialty clinics. The center is equipped with a laboratory, imaging services, a retail pharmacy, and cardiac rehabilitation. Outpatient and inpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are also available.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program.
- Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
- Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
- Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.
