About The Position
MercyOne is seeking a Jumpstart Registered Nurse to join their team. This program is designed to support individuals in the final stages of their RN education, offering a monthly stipend and reimbursement for board and licensure fees. Upon obtaining licensure, participants will begin their nursing career with MercyOne. The program is available in various units within MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center, which is recognized for its comprehensive services and quality ratings.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program.
- Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
- Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
- Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.
Responsibilities
- Earn up to $2,000 monthly stipend while finishing the last 9 months of RN education.
- Work for at least 18 months post licensure.
- Obtain RN licensure within 6 months of graduation.
- Sign the Program Agreement before payments are processed.
