About The Position

Edgemine is a leading women’s fashion company based in Los Angeles, designing and manufacturing contemporary apparel for major retailers and brands. With a global production network and multiple brands under our umbrella, we operate at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence. We’re looking for a Junior Sales Account Executive to manage existing or bring new accounts in the juniors, young contemporary or missy sector. We are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us with tons of opportunity to revive our current account matrix or bring on new accounts.

Requirements

• 2 - 6 years’ experience managing accounts in the apparel industry
• Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects within different departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Critical thinking and analytical skills, with firm knowledge of retail math
• Strong presentation and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Create compelling sales presentations and product assortments for accounts
• Consistently research assigned accounts and the market to identify opportunities to grow or expand
• Formulate and execute seasonal sales plans, including managing profitability of the account
• Manage all customer-related activities, including order maintenance and confirmations
• Track retail selling weekly to discover new opportunities for re-orders and go-forward strategies and share internally as well
• Work with Design and Production teams on special cut opportunities
• Travel to customers and attend trade shows as needed
