About The Position

TruArc Health operates at the intersection of healthcare SaaS and diagnostics. Each vertical addresses a large, under-served market where reimbursement frameworks, regulatory tailwinds, and commercial validation come together to create a durable path to scale. The Junior Account Manager is in the field liaising with clients and staff and is the foundation of our client-facing team, learning the clinical laboratory environment under the guidance of senior team members. This role assists existing provider accounts with all of their needs, from specimen logistics to day-to-day support while developing core competencies in lab service knowledge, compliance, and client communication. The Junior Account Manager is being developed into a confident, independent Account Manager who understands the unique dynamics of the clinical lab space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client support, or an entry-level account/sales role is a plus.
  • Clinical laboratory experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.
  • Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to grow into an independent Account Manager role.
  • Comfortable in an inside sales environment, with an interest in supporting client retention and growth over time.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support senior team members and other departments.
  • Willingness to travel locally for provider visits with occasional out of area travel.

Responsibilities

  • Shadowing senior Account Managers on provider visits and ride-alongs
  • Supporting supply requests, specimen pickup coordination, and other day-to-day account activities
  • Learning Gnosis's full test services offerings, including toxicology, infectious disease, and routine diagnostics
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity logs
  • Collaborating with internal teams including lab, operations, billing, and compliance to assist with client requests.
  • Conducting provider education on sample collection, requisition processes, and assisting with all relevant client needs.
  • Support senior Account Managers in maintaining strong relationships with existing provider accounts.
  • Assist with day-to-day client requests, including supply orders and specimen pickup coordination.
  • Help obtain billing information and patient insurance information when needed.
  • Respond to routine client questions and escalate more complex issues to senior team members.
  • Build foundational understanding of compliance requirements, requisition processes, and specimen handling standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training to progress toward an independent Account Manager role.
  • Work closely with senior Account Managers, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless client support.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to flag account needs or potential issues.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
