About The Position

The Jr. Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for supporting partner onboarding, account coordination, and day-to-day communications under the guidance of a senior Account Manager or Lead. This role involves learning IDIQ systems, partner workflows, and escalation paths, while maintaining documentation and assisting with ticket management. The position also requires handling sensitive consumer information with strict confidentiality and adhering to all company policies regarding data privacy and protection.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service-facing positions or equivalent showing a clear trend of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience using a CRM system (preferably experience using Zoho CRM or an equivalent sales CRM application).
  • First level technical support or general help desk assistance experience for an application where support consisted of answering application questions, training clients on the use of application features, and assessing problems for solutions.
  • Strong independent work ethic with the ability to manage workload, adhere to schedules, and deliver consistent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Support partner onboarding and account management tasks under the direction of an senior Account Manager or Lead.
  • Assist with partner communication, basic issue follow-up, and reporting.
  • Manage smaller or low-complexity accounts with oversight.
  • Learn IDIQ systems, partner workflows, and escalation paths.
  • Maintain documentation, track tasks, and assist with ticket management.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings as a support resource.
  • Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy/protection and data loss prevention.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
