About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for Junior Recruiter to specialize in identifying talent for our Gallagher Bassett Services Teams! You would primarily be sourcing for claims roles within workers compensation and liability. This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months, with a potential to convert to a full-time employee. This is a fully remote position, and the company will provide equipment, provided the candidate has their own high-speed internet. The ideal candidate will be an expert sourcer who can hunt for candidates and manage the full lifecycle of the requisition.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years related experience.
  • Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Interfaces effectively with management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing a full life-cycle requisition workload.
  • Building a network of active and passive candidates.
  • Mastering use of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and skills assessments.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using social media, networks and employee referrals.
  • Providing appropriate tracking and analysis of sourcing methods, as well as regular reporting of activity and results to management.
  • Partnering closely with Human Resources Business Partners and training hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Screening and analyzing candidate resumes and job applications.
  • Updating job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Preparing and extending offers.
  • Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
  • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
  • Working with a large degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff.
