About The Position

Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing legacy systems with AI-native technology. They are looking for a Sourcer who excels at finding top talent for both engineering and operations roles and ensuring a smooth interview experience. This role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates, and also managing the operational aspects of the hiring process to keep everything on schedule. The Sourcer will collaborate with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand needs, develop diverse candidate pools, and provide a candidate experience that reflects Casca's culture and values.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruitment coordination in technical, high-growth organizations and startups
  • Hands-on proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and talent intelligence platforms.
  • Experience managing high-volume scheduling and coordinating multi-stage interview processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals authentically.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source passive and active candidates for both technical and nontechnical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and niche communities.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings, keeping candidate engagement warm through personalized outreach.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and employer-brand content that resonates with candidates and drives response rates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine ideal candidate profiles, calibrate on must-have vs. nice-to-have skills, and adapt sourcing strategies in real time.
  • Track sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion rates, source-of-hire) and use data to continuously improve channel effectiveness.
  • Research market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to inform sourcing priorities and talent-mapping efforts.
  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling, balancing interviewer availability, candidate preferences, and panel composition.
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates, preparation materials, and a white-glove experience.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, take-home exercises, and on-site or virtual interview days, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate, up-to-date candidate records, interview notes, and pipeline stages.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scheduling friction, shorten time-to-hire, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
