About The Position

This position provides functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a primary focus on Talent, Learning, and Performance Management. It also offers cross-functional support for Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting. The role requires clear and effective communication, integrity, accountability, and sound judgment. Maintaining data integrity through audits and validations, troubleshooting issues using research, root cause analysis, and end-to-end testing are key responsibilities. The analyst will support system configuration, testing, documentation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization across assigned HCM modules. Additionally, they will support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and connected enterprise platforms, coordinate end-to-end testing, monitor data flows, identify downstream impacts, and partner with technical teams to resolve issues. Support for access reviews, process automation, system improvements, releases, and special HRIS initiatives is also expected. The role involves developing and maintaining OTBI and BI Publisher reports for reporting, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting, as well as managing support tickets and enhancement requests with timely updates and escalation of risks or issues when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive analyst experience
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud for HCM and/or Talent products
  • Understanding end-to-end ERP processes, cross-platform integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across HCM modules, reporting, security, and business processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and support configuration, testing, system updates, documentation, and training.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, Talent, IT, and business teams.
  • Sound judgment, accountability, and ownership of commitments and outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and HCM reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong ability to learn and follow established processes, playbooks, and standards before recommending changes, ensuring impacts are understood before streamlining or optimizing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis.
  • Understanding of HR lifecycle and talent processes, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance consistent with the requirements of the position.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and through virtual, telephone, and other business channels.
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods to perform system administration, analysis, reporting, documentation, and other job-related activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and third-party or enterprise platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to occasionally access and navigate construction or job-site environments, which may include stairs or ladders, when required.
