About The Position

The Jr. HRIS Analyst will provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a primary focus on Talent, Learning, and Performance Management. This role will also offer cross-functional support for Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining data integrity through audits and validations, troubleshooting issues using research, root cause analysis, and end-to-end testing. They will also support system configuration, testing, documentation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization across assigned HCM modules. Additionally, the role involves supporting and troubleshooting integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and connected enterprise platforms, developing and maintaining OTBI and BI Publisher reports, and managing support tickets and enhancement requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive analyst experience
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud for HCM and/or Talent products
  • Understanding end-to-end ERP processes, cross-platform integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across HCM modules, reporting, security, and business processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and support configuration, testing, system updates, documentation, and training.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, Talent, IT, and business teams.
  • Sound judgment, accountability, and ownership of commitments and outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and HCM reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong ability to learn and follow established processes, playbooks, and standards before recommending changes, ensuring impacts are understood before streamlining or optimizing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis.
  • Understanding of HR lifecycle and talent processes, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Project management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and third-party or enterprise platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a primary focus on Talent, Learning and Performance Management and cross-functional support for Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, articulating issues, risks, recommendations, and progress to business partners, end users, and team members.
  • Demonstrate integrity and accountability, exercise sound judgment, and consistently advocate for doing the right thing while taking ownership of commitments and outcomes.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits and validations, and troubleshoot issues using research, root cause analysis, and end-to-end testing.
  • Support system configuration, testing, documentation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization across assigned HCM modules.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and connected enterprise platforms, coordinating end-to-end testing, monitoring data flows, identifying downstream impacts, and partnering with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Support access reviews, process automation, system improvements, releases, and special HRIS initiatives as needed.
  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support reporting, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage support tickets and enhancement requests, providing timely updates and escalating risks or issues when appropriate.
