About The Position

The HRIS Analyst serves the organization as the primary support and report developer for WesleyLife HR related systems, including UKG, and related HR systems. This position supports the organization by ensuring the ongoing functionality of the current systems, troubleshooting issues, developing educational/information, support for end-users, managing the details of the implementation of upgrades and/or new modules, and assisting the team in the extraction of data for reporting and analytics purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in an IT or HRIS customer-facing role providing direct support to customers.
• Previous experience with UKG strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex system changes into easy-to-understand training for end-users.
• Project management skills to lead system upgrades and implementations smoothly.
• Must demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively manage projects.
• Must demonstrate advanced skills in the use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must demonstrate genuine and positive customer service through in-person, phone and email interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for all modules in UKG (Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, etc.) and maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Act as the primary contact for all HRIS-related matters, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on upgrades, new module implementations, and system integrations.
• Develop training tools for new hires and provide ongoing support for end-users, ensuring they can navigate the system confidently.
• Extract, analyze, and create meaningful reports from UKG, and other systems to support decision-making across the organization.
• Partner with payroll and finance teams to handle system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Lead the HRIS Steering Committee, recommend enhancements, and ensure our systems are always improving.
