The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position serves as a subject matter expert, driving HR system strategy, automation, and reporting needs, and partnering with HR leadership, IT, and external vendors to ensure efficient and secure HR operations. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to our HRIS Coordinators to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and system support. This role serves as a key resource for HR system support, reporting, auditing, and user assistance while partnering closely with HR team members and business leaders.
