The Junior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for formulating system scope and objectives, validating developed requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications and providing end-user support. The role performs technical depth and breadth tasks, validating and documenting business requirements for assigned projects to maximize operational efficiency and ensure project control procedures and policies are executed. The Junior Business Systems Analyst determines project methods and approaches, providing business support relative to developing, analyzing, and identifying process changes or system enhancements. The role uses judgment and autonomy on daily tasks, providing operational support for projects after implementation, including problem resolution and recommendations to ensure ongoing success. The role proactively addresses problems within the scope of responsibility and identifies areas for possible improvements. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience (i.e., writing user stories, creating and updating systems Use Cases, etc.)
  • Strong experience in SQL Queries and Data mapping
  • Experience in financial estimates
  • Legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified
  • Where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit

  • Supporting end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert
  • Providing guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals
  • Maintaining a collaborative work environment
  • Supporting team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems
