Responsibilities

Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
Perform initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all vendor accounts.
Review and approve new supplier requests, checking questionnaires, required tax forms (W-9s), and bank details for electronic payments.
Respond to supplier inquiries and address payment-related issues.
Continuously work to improve payment processes.
