About The Position

The Jr. Account Manager will provide essential support to assigned accounts, assisting with daily client needs, maintaining positive client relationships, and responding to routine inquiries under the guidance of the Account Manager. This role also involves supporting sales initiatives, administrative tasks such as quotes and reporting, and coordinating projects from start to finish. Additionally, the Jr. Account Manager will assist with product research, presentation creation, webstore maintenance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client objectives.

  • Experience assisting with meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups
  • Experience assisting with administrative tasks related to quotes and estimates
  • Experience assisting with administrative tasks related to reporting and dashboards
  • Experience assisting with managing projects from concept through delivery
  • Experience supporting order entry, order tracking, and timelines within internal systems
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams
  • Experience monitoring deadlines and ensuring projects stay on track
  • Experience assisting with product research, item selections, and business reviews
  • Experience supporting the creation of presentations, pitch decks, and product proposals
  • Experience gathering product images, copy, and product details
  • Experience assisting in the setup and execution of off-site client events and redemption programs
  • Experience supporting content uploads, edits, and reviews on client platforms
  • Experience ensuring brand guidelines and client standards are being followed online
  • Experience coordinating updates with IT and creative teams
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams to support client objectives
  • Experience participating in internal huddles, project meetings, and training sessions
  • Experience learning internal systems, processes, and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned accounts by assisting with day-to-day client needs
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with client contacts
  • Respond to routine client inquiries under the guidance of the Account Manager
  • Assist with meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups
  • Support and drive sales initiatives and marketing
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to quotes and estimates
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to reporting and dashboards
  • Assist with managing projects from concept through delivery
  • Support order entry, order tracking, and timelines within internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Merchandising, Inventory & Fulfilment, Finance, IT, Customer Service, etc.
  • Monitor deadlines and help ensure projects stay on track
  • Assist with product research, item selections, and business reviews
  • Support the creation of presentations, pitch decks, and product proposals
  • Help gather product images, copy, and product details
  • Assist in the setup and execution of off-site client events and redemption programs
  • Support content uploads, edits, and reviews on client platforms
  • Help ensure brand guidelines and client standards are being followed online
  • Coordinate updates with IT and creative teams when changes are needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal Brand Addition teams to support client objectives
  • Participate in internal huddles, project meetings, and training sessions
  • Learn Brand Addition systems, processes, and best practices through hands-on support
