About The Position
We are looking for experienced residential service plumbers who understand how to diagnose plumbing issues inside a customer's home, build trust with homeowners, and provide professional repair and replacement solutions. Our ideal candidate is a skilled service plumber who can confidently walk into a home, identify the problem, explain options, perform high-quality repairs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Our service plumbers focus on plumbing systems inside the home, including: Water heater repair and replacement, Tankless water heater service and installation, Fixture repair and replacement, Faucet repair and replacement, Toilet repair and installation, Garbage disposal repair and installation, Leak detection and repair, Water line repairs, Repiping projects, Pressure-reducing valve replacement, Expansion tank installation, Water filtration systems, Plumbing inspections, Residential plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostics, Customer education and solution-based recommendations.
Requirements
- Washington State 02 Residential Specialty License or 01 Journeyman License
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Ability to work independently and manage a service route
- Valid Washington State driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Several years running residential service calls
- Comfortable diagnosing plumbing issues without being told what is wrong
- Enjoy working directly with homeowners
- Pride in educating customers and helping them make informed decisions
- Belief that quality workmanship and customer service go hand in hand
- Looking for a company where performance directly impacts income

- Experience primarily in drain cleaning, sewer inspections, or excavation work may not be the right fit.
