Requirements

Journeyman or Master plumbing license required.
Current plumbing certification as required by the state.
Four years of service plumbing experience required.
Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Nice To Haves

One to five years of plumbing experience preferred.
State license preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect residential and small commercial plumbing and drain systems to diagnose issues.
Troubleshoot plumbing problems and identify their root causes.
Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
Provide plumbing services to residential customers.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Communicate professionally and honestly with customers about plumbing concerns and solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed service records, including before-and-after photographs.
Educate customers on plumbing-system best practices.
Follow company safety protocols and procedures and attend required safety training.
