Requirements
- 3-5+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, water lines, and sewer repairs
- Ability to present repair options and build value with homeowners
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas

- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with repair and replacement options
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
- Repair or replace water lines, drain lines, sewer lines, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and water heaters
- Locate and repair leaks and other plumbing system issues
- Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and DWV systems
- Read blueprints and plan plumbing layouts when needed
- Complete high-quality work while maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Build trust with customers by educating them on repair and replacement options
