About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to perform high-quality, code-compliant plumbing installations for residential and commercial new construction, remodels, and additions. The ideal candidate will ensure all work meets local, state, and industry standards. This role involves installing, assembling, and maintaining various piping systems, reading and interpreting blueprints, and managing jobs from start to finish.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant plumbing experience

Nice To Haves

• Septic system installation experience

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality, code-compliant plumbing installations for both residential and commercial new construction, remodels, and additions.
• Install, assemble, and maintain a variety of piping systems, including PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas lines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to accurately plan and execute plumbing layouts.
• Plan and mark pipe routes, fixture locations, and wall/floor penetrations prior to installation.
• Work independently to manage assigned jobs from start to finish, including rough-in, top-out, and final phases.
• Monitor and maintain adequate material levels on service vehicles and job sites.
• Apply hands-on construction plumbing experience to troubleshoot issues, adapt to field conditions, and complete installations efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, inspectors, and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles.
