About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Job Coaches/Employment Specialists to provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings. The role helps individuals explore career interests, secure employment, and develop skills for long-term success at work. Job Coaches also work with employers to support inclusive workplaces and reasonable accommodations. The position pays $25 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible, part-time scheduling across various shifts. Opportunities are in South Hills, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. BAYADA aims to match assignments within about 30 minutes of employees’ homes. Additional hours may be available by working as a Direct Support Professional. Requirements

At least one year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 or older.
Daytime availability.

Nice To Haves

ACRE certification preferred but not required.
CESP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with IDD in integrated community work settings.
