About The Position

This role focuses on project planning and delivery, requiring the ability to manage projects end-to-end using various methodologies. Key responsibilities include scope, timeline, budget, resource, and risk management, along with detailed status reporting. The consultant will also be responsible for proactive risk identification and resolution, resource planning and allocation, and utilizing project management tools like Jira and MS Project.

Requirements

• Experience in project planning, execution, and tracking.
• Proficiency in managing scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk.
• Experience in building and maintaining project plans, milestone tracking, and status reporting (RAG status, dashboards, executive updates).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in identifying and resolving project risks, issues, and blockers.
• Experience in resource planning and allocation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track projects end-to-end, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and status reporting, including RAG status, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Apply Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and blockers and drive resolution.
• Manage resource planning and allocation, including coordination across onshore and offshore teams.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms to support project execution and tracking.
