Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist for its Sales Team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing. The specialist works toward individual and team sales goals and helps customers celebrate life’s special moments. Jared provides training, resources, and career development opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
