About The Position
Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. The position involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers celebrate special moments, takes a positive and customer-focused approach, and has strong communication and relationship-building skills. Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is also valued. Flexible availability is needed during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
