About The Position

Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Jared provides jewelry consultants with training and resources to help customers celebrate life and express love.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
