About The Position

Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team. The role is focused on providing valued customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Jewelry Specialists engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Compensation is $16.90–$20.50 base pay plus sales commission; the final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
