The specialist builds customer relationships, learns what customers need, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, provides information about service plans and financing, and works toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
