About The Position

Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team. The role focuses on providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Jewelry Specialists build relationships with customers, understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, discuss extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
