Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team at Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role provides customers with a superior experience by helping them celebrate life and express love. Jewelry Specialists engage with customers to understand their needs, present merchandise, explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. They work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
