About The Position
Farris Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge is seeking experienced Jeep and Ram technicians to join their busy service department. They offer consistent work, excellent compensation, and a supportive leadership team. The dealership has been family-owned since 1929 and is one of East Tennessee's busiest service departments. They are looking for technicians who want to turn serious hours, earn exceptional pay, and build a long-term career. They are an alternative to corporate dealer groups, inconsistent dispatching, or weak warranty pay.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technician experience preferred
- Jeep, Ram, or CDJR dealership experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude
- Dependable work ethic
- Team-first mentality
- Outstanding technicians from independent repair facilities with strong diagnostic experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Perform general mechanical repairs.
- Conduct advanced electrical diagnostics.
- Repair transmissions.
- Service suspension and steering systems.
- Work on Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Gladiator, Grand Cherokee, Wagoneer & Grand Wagoneer, Ram 1500, Ram Heavy Duty, Cummins Diesel, and Gas Engines.
- Service all makes and models.
