About The Position
Jeep Product Specialist — Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. We are a one-price store, meaning the best price is on the vehicle from the start, eliminating the need for negotiation. This role focuses on knowing the product inside and out and taking care of the customer. Customers will walk a Wrangler with you, ask questions, and receive straightforward answers, leading to repeat business. Requirements
- Ability to know the Jeep lineup cold (Wrangler trims, towing specs, tech packages).
- Comfortable communicating via text, email, video, and social media.
- Proficiency in using a CRM and following up consistently.
- Ability to take excellent care of people.
- Self-starter who does not require constant supervision and does not compete with team members.
- Car sales experience is fine but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Comfortable on your phone and on camera.
- Ability to make a walkaround video that is engaging.
Responsibilities
- Know the Jeep lineup thoroughly, including trims, towing specifications, and tech packages.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, in a pressure-free environment.
- Maintain communication with customers through text, email, video, and social media.
- Utilize and follow up consistently using the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure 5-star reviews.
