Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Comfort with using a phone and appearing on camera, including creating walkaround videos.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Ability to learn and retain extensive product knowledge.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and consistent follow-up practices.
Nice To Haves
- Car sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as restaurants or retail is valued.
- Ability to create engaging walkaround videos.
Responsibilities
- Master the Jeep product lineup, including trims, towing specifications, and technology packages.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, in a pressure-free environment.
- Communicate with customers using various channels such as text, email, video, and social media.
- Utilize and maintain the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure 5-star reviews.
