About The Position

Particle41 is seeking a JD Edwards Data & ERP Consultant to work as a dedicated consultant on a large enterprise client team that uses JD Edwards as its core ERP. This is an ongoing, hands-on client-team role focused on understanding the JDE data model and building reliable data pipelines, rather than a short advisory project. The consultant will work closely with the client’s ERP, IT, and business teams. The role covers extracting, modeling, and transforming data from JD Edwards tables; designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines into a data warehouse or reporting platform; and supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations through data mapping, conversion, cleansing, reconciliation, and cutover planning and execution. The consultant will also create trusted datasets for BI and finance and operations reporting, establish data-quality checks, address root causes of data issues, translate business questions into data requirements, and maintain clear documentation of data flows, mappings, and conversion rules. The position requires full-time availability during US business hours and the ability to work as an independent contractor. It is for a USA location only. Success includes learning the client’s JDE footprint and data flows, delivering an initial pipeline or dataset fix, and building the client team’s trust through documented, repeatable pipelines. Particle41 describes its core values as Empowering, Leadership, Innovation, Teamwork, and Excellence, and states that it provides equal employment opportunities without discrimination.
