About The Position
The JCB Field Service Technician II diagnoses, repairs, and rebuilds JCB earthmoving and agricultural equipment to help customers keep their equipment operating safely and reliably. The role performs preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and major component repairs, including work on engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems. It also involves maintaining accurate service records, managing parts and tools, providing customer service, following safety standards, maintaining a service vehicle, and continuing to develop technical skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of equipment repair experience.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Certification on at least 65% of the designated product line.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Technical certifications.
- Welding experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB earth and agricultural equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
