About The Position
This is a hands-on technical role focused on Java development and business analysis for laboratory informatics solutions. The Java Developer configures, implements, integrates, and supports software solutions in customer environments, while working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Jira stories and actionable tasks. The role is on-site 3–4 days per week and includes collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver projects on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Experience with business analysis, Jira, and story writing.
Nice To Haves
- Laboratory informatics or LIMS experience is preferred.
- Agilent SLIMS experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support software solutions using Java.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Jira stories and user stories.
- Assist with solution design, implementation, and integration in customer environments.
- Ensure solutions function as designed and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver projects on time.
