About The Position

This is a hands-on technical role focused on Java development and business analysis for laboratory informatics solutions. The Java Developer configures, implements, and supports solutions; collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable Jira stories and user stories; and works with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver projects on time. The position includes working on-site 3–4 days per week and helping ensure solutions function as designed and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience with business analysis, Jira, and story writing.

Nice To Haves

• Laboratory informatics or LIMS experience.
• Agilent SLIMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support software solutions using Java.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Jira stories and user stories.
• Assist in solution design, implementation, and integration within customer environments.
• Ensure solutions function as designed and meet customer expectations.
