About The Position
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring on behalf of its client, Altimetrik, for a full-time Java Developer. The role is based in Irving, Texas, or Jersey City, New Jersey, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days onsite per week; local candidates are preferred. The position requires 9+ years of Java experience and offers a salary of $100,000–$130,000 per year plus benefits.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Java.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
- Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming.
- Good knowledge of the Java standard library.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience in Agile software development.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with web services, including REST and SOAP.
- Experience with databases, including Oracle or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with TeamCity, JIRA, and Git.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
