About The Position

Join a cutting-edge team as a Java Developer - IV specializing in Agentic AI. You’ll design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that go far beyond static prompt engineering. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in LLM/AI application development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python.
  • Demonstrated success with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Strong background in building RESTful APIs and defining OpenAPI specifications.
  • Practical experience with vector search engines (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma).
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and testing for AI systems.

Nice To Haves

  • TypeScript or JavaScript experience.
  • Deep familiarity with hybrid retriever architectures and advanced memory management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement autonomous AI agents using leading frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
  • Design robust agent reasoning workflows employing ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection, and hierarchical multi-agent structures.
  • Build resilient tool-use pipelines for seamless API calls, database queries, code execution, and enterprise software integration.
  • Integrate long-term and short-term memory systems, leveraging vector databases and semantic search.
  • Implement structured input/output parsing for reliable model-execution communication.
  • Develop fallback mechanisms, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and safeguards for AI-driven decisions.
  • Establish evaluation pipelines to benchmark agent accuracy, speed, and reliability.
  • Monitor runtime performance, optimize context windows, and manage API usage costs.
  • Debug and resolve non-deterministic failures and multi-step agent execution issues.
