About The Position

Join a dynamic team as a Java Developer – IV specializing in Agentic AI solutions. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of next-gen autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that solve real-world, multi-step challenges for enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional experts to turn advanced LLM agent architectures into scalable, production-ready applications. This is your opportunity to work on the cutting edge of AI, gain deep technical expertise, and drive innovation in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field with 1–2+ years of LLM/AI application experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python; experience in TypeScript or JavaScript is a plus
  • Proven experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
  • Hands-on skills in building RESTful APIs, function calling architectures, and OpenAPI specifications
  • Direct experience with vector search engines (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and rigorous testing for AI systems

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge in multi-agent orchestration and tool integration
  • Familiarity with runtime monitoring tools (Ragas, TruLens, LangSmith)
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments of AI agents

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement resilient autonomous AI agents using modern frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex
  • Design intelligent reasoning workflows, including ReAct loops, Plan-and-Solve patterns, and robust self-correction mechanisms
  • Build agent pipelines for seamless tool use, including API calls, database queries, code execution, and enterprise software integration
  • Integrate advanced memory systems (vector databases, semantic search, context management) to support agent decision-making
  • Implement structured input/output parsing for reliable communication between models and execution environments
  • Develop robust fallback, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and safeguards for non-deterministic AI behaviors
  • Establish evaluation pipelines to benchmark agent accuracy, speed, and reliability; monitor API usage, latency, and resource allocation
  • Debug complex agent execution paths, identifying and resolving non-deterministic failures or hallucinations

Benefits

  • Work alongside industry-leading AI experts and innovative product teams
  • Opportunity to shape the future of agentic AI in high-impact enterprise settings
  • Access to continuous professional development and upskilling programs
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
  • Modern, collaborative work environment in a prime tech hub (Alpharetta, GA / Irving, TX)
