Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in medical translation, such as translating patient records and medical reports.
• Broad medical vocabulary and proficiency in utilizing linguistic assets.
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to work to deadlines and deliver on time.
• SDL Trados experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate medical materials from Japanese into English using appropriate medical vocabulary while maintaining the source material’s tone and style.
• Follow the Style Guide and maintain terminology consistency and data accuracy.
