About The Position

The Janitorial position maintains a clean and safe work environment, with responsibility for general housekeeping in office areas. Duties include cleaning break rooms, offices, and restrooms; picking up and emptying trash; sweeping, mopping, recycling, and performing other custodial tasks. The role requires working in cold and damp environments and following Tyson policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment. The schedule is B Shift, 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., at an hourly rate of $22.05.

Requirements

• Must not have more than 7 attendance points.
• Must not have received written warnings or suspensions in the last 6 months.
• Must be out of probation.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and communicate effectively across all management levels.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must accept work in cold and damp environments.
