About The Position

A Quality Facility Services is hiring a dependable, motivated Supervisor to support daily operations in the Pittsburgh area, with the role located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. This hands-on leadership position oversees team performance, maintains service quality, and supports staff as needed. The schedule is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and pay is $21–$24 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities

Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards.
Train, support, and motivate team members.
Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency.
Manage inventory and place supply orders.
Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies.
Work closely with the Account Manager.
Assist with coverage when needed.
Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning.
