About The Position

CSI International Inc. is seeking an efficient Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the work activities of janitorial staff. The supervisor schedules staff shifts, monitors attendance, reports absences, conducts performance reviews, and may recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals to management. The role is part-time and runs Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assign janitorial duties and regularly inspect work to ensure established standards are met.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed.
• Inventory cleaning supplies and equipment and inform management when supplies are depleted.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff efficiently.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
• Perform janitorial duties when staff shortages occur.
• Schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, report absences, and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Make recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
