Cleaner (PM Shift, Part-Time)
About The Position
The Cleaner is responsible for carrying out light and heavy cleaning tasks at designated facilities. The role includes cleaning floors, equipment, surfaces, windows, and restrooms; removing garbage and recycling; and monitoring building security and safety. The employee must follow company policies and procedures, with particular attention to health and safety, and perform other related duties as assigned. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM. The role requires working with minimal supervision, taking direction, and maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience is helpful. The work is active and involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Employees regularly talk and hear and must be able to lift and/or move items weighing over 30 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
- Clean and disinfect equipment.
- Monitor building security and safety, including locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use for potential hazards.
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Mix cleaning agents.
- Remove garbage and recycling.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms using mops and disinfectants.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
- Follow company policies and procedures, with particular attention to health and safety procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
