About The Position

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional night cleaner to maintain clean facilities by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. The role involves evening cleaning, maintaining buildings in good condition, and potentially locking doors and arming alarms. The position is part-time and scheduled Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Requirements

• Manage time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Communicate potential problems to supervisors quickly.
• Work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Work independently or with a team.
• Use basic cleaning equipment.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Some cleaning experience.
• Basic knowledge of various cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Clean the building and keep it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills using appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms independently.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
